Sumitra Sunder
I am a curator and art historian currently based out of Bangalore. My work is in the area of art historical and archival research - especially exhibition making and queer archives. I have a masters degree in Museology and a Bachelor of Fine arts in Art History. These of course are my basic qualifications. I have been working in the field of visual art and curating since 2010 and have 5 years of experience in academic research. My work in the field has led me to perform different kinds of roles that perhaps are unconventional. My goals at the moment are to refine my own curatorial practice with a strong emphasis in art historical thought.
